Ive lived here almost 9 years and the management has changed, while I do like the new management better its becoming annoying the way they nitpick every little thing like almost towing my vehicle because of a flat tire even tho its sitting in my own driveway tht i pay rent for! Or not allowing kids toys or bikes to be stored even nicely stacked outside they are making the place mostly for older ppl it seems and disregarding the long time tenants
Apr 10, 2025 · Jessica Short-JohnsonSince I moved in i’ve had I believe 3 different owners and have had my rent raised 4 different times. The home is nice, but the interior falls apart pretty easily, and the owners now have seemed to have a lot of issues with residents and unhappy renters. Makes it harder and harder to stay when i’m always having to pay more and more rent without any changes to the park and it’s amenities, especially the roads, they’re pretty bad.
Apr 10, 2025 · WellOkThenCons :Very bad roads , got charged for a water meter that had nothing to do with me . Popped three tires . Raised rent 3 times in three years . Pros: peaceful neighborhood, convient too local businesses .
Apr 14, 2025 · Brittany CaraveoThe roads suck. There's alot of crimes that go on here, all the trees got taken down but when I asked if my tree could be removed from my yard I got no response. I'm not receiving the emails with info like everyone else is. My rent for the last 3 months gets pulled automatically then on the 4th day of the month will for no reason get reversed and then I'll get charged double my rent because whoever waits untill after it's considered late to fix it and then says we'll sorry about your luck.
Apr 11, 2025 · Lindsey FoleyWe are relocating from another state so before applying here, I had asked what was needed for the application process. I was told a job offer letter would be sufficient for income. Spent $100 on application fees, waited 3 weeks after being told it’s 5-7 business days, then after a week waiting, being told it’s 5-10 business. After wasting time & money, I was informed that they won’t approve or deny us without paystubs from somewhere local. How am I supposed to come up with that when I’m coming from across the country. The lady I spoke with, Ana, was very nice but the processing issue needs to be figured out. Extremely disappointed.
