The owner of this mobile home park set up rv spots for the pipeliners that were coming in to work on the Rover line. However we ended up pay a deposit and first months rent along with 300.00 for a 50 amp hook up. Not even there a week before the cops showed up at the mobile home across the street. There is no parking for anything bigger then a car so our two trucks wouldn't fit in the parking spots. The sewer wouldn't drain so they ran a hard pipe under our 5th wheel to the clean out side of the sewer. Too much traffic in and out to even feel safe. People who live in the park started asking how much my husbands leads and machine cost and then asked if we have enough adult drinks for them and food when we were grilling. Not a safe place for families.
My children and I like this place! Nice size yard and everyone is nice and respectful.
