Services Offered

Mobile home communities typically offer a foundational set of services designed to provide residents with a functional and managed living environment. While specific detailed service offerings for Fox Mobile Home Community are not extensively available in public records, based on common practices within the industry, residents can generally anticipate the following:

  • Lot Leases: Residents typically lease the individual plots of land on which their manufactured homes are situated. This common arrangement allows individuals to own their home while leasing the property, often resulting in lower overall housing costs compared to traditional real estate.
  • Utility Hookups: Essential utility connections for water, sewer, and electricity are usually available at each mobile home lot. Residents are generally responsible for setting up and paying for their individual utility accounts directly with service providers.
  • Waste Management: Designated trash disposal services are commonly provided within mobile home communities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene for all residents.
  • Basic Infrastructure Maintenance: The park management is typically responsible for the upkeep of shared infrastructure within the community, such as internal roads and common areas, ensuring they are navigable and well-maintained.
  • Community Rules and Regulations: A defined set of guidelines and rules are usually in place to promote a harmonious living environment for all residents, covering aspects like noise levels, pet policies, and property appearance standards.
  • Rental Opportunities: As indicated by a customer review about a "trailer for rent" and public listings, the community may offer mobile homes for rent directly or facilitate rentals by individual owners, providing flexible housing solutions.
  • Recently Remodeled Units: Some units have been "recently remodeled" and "look good on the interior and exterior," suggesting that homes available for rent or purchase may come with updated features.

Given the challenges mentioned in one customer review regarding communication and unit assignment, prospective residents should exercise due diligence and obtain all agreements in writing. For specific details on services, amenities, and any associated fees or responsibilities, direct contact with Fox Mobile Home Community is advised.

Promotions or Special Offers

I wish I could give 0 stars, this place had me and my bf waiting 2 months for a place to live after us putting a deposit down on the house of almost $600, 2 months prior. We were told we were getting a specific unit (after she found out which unit they could move the fastest) it was supposed to take 1 month or sooner to move the unit into the park, and 1 month to remodel the inside and out. 2 days before we are supposed to go look at our finished unit we’ve been hearing about for 2 months, we get told, sorry that unit has been assigned to someone else (so they could make more money) and says, “well you can have another unit that has one less baths and is smaller.” How is that right at all? When we have been waiting to see this unit for 2 months and we are 2 days away and we get told we are getting something completely different? I was professional the entire time speaking to this woman for 2 months and so polite. I get told I’m a drama tenant because I simply said, “well if I cannot get the unit I have been waiting for this long, then I would like my deposit back.” This place is so unprofessional and the place looks awful, (remodeled to them must mean something different to them) I would definitely not recommend.
