Customer Reviews
Really nice campground. Really nice staff, they're working through some upgrades to the sites which is great to see. Everyone is really nice and hard working, though they seemed a little understaffed. Grounds are clean and nice, new equipment here and there though the main office building could use a refresh. Depending on where you are you might have a long walk to the office or playground. Really convenient place for visiting the battlegrounds. Plus they are far enough off the main road you won't hear any street traffic.
Incredible place to visit! It was well maintained and lush. We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities that the KOA location had to offer. We stayed for 7 days and will definitely be back again soon! It was very lush and private compared with other locations. Great for the whole family!
LOVE the KOA in Gettysburg PA! Definitely recommend! The staff are absolutely amazing! Always friendly, informative, helpful and knowledgeable! Did not rate the rooms as my husband and I stayed in a tent site not a cabin.
This is the best campground near Gettysburg, very clean with a great staff. Clean pet playground, roomy rv sites, beautiful and wooded area with a fantastic nature trail. Visit the Land of Little Horses while you are there, it is only 2 minutes away!
Gettysburg was one of the smaller KOAs we've visited. We enjoyed our time in one of the cabins and were very comfortable. The only downside to this location is their pet policies: "Please do not leave them unattended; we will be happy to recommend a good, nearby kennel while you are touring." There was no point in bringing the dogs on a long car ride just for them to be kenneled for random hours while we toured.
