Services Offered

Like most mobile home parks, Golden Arrow Mobile Home Park typically provides fundamental services to its residents, focusing on lot infrastructure and community management. Based on general mobile home park operations and available information, common services would include:

  • Lot Rental: The primary service is the rental of individual lots to manufactured home owners. This allows residents to place their homes on dedicated spaces within the community.
  • Utility Hookups: Each lot is generally equipped with hookups for essential utilities, including water, sewer, and electricity. It's common for parks to have a single meter for water, with the total bill then divided among residents, often based on factors like the number of bedrooms, as indicated by a resident review. Residents are typically responsible for their own electricity and other individual utilities.
  • Waste Management: The park facilitates waste removal services. Residents often pay an additional fee for dumpster access, ensuring convenient disposal of household waste.
  • Snow Removal (Main Areas): In winter, the park is expected to provide snow removal services, particularly for main roads within the community, though the frequency and thoroughness can be a point of discussion for residents.
  • Community Management: A park manager (or management team) oversees daily operations, addresses resident concerns, and ensures compliance with park rules. Reviewers note changes in management, but also highlight positive experiences with current managers.
  • Road Maintenance (Internal): While external roads may be the city's responsibility, mobile home parks generally maintain the internal roads within their boundaries, though conditions can vary and might be a point of concern for residents, as suggested by a review mentioning "horrible" potholes.
  • Pet-Friendly Policy: Information from various sources indicates that Golden Arrow is a pet-friendly community, though typically with restrictions.
  • Lighted, Paved Streets: The park features lighted, paved streets, contributing to safety and navigability within the community.
  • Covered Mailbox Area: A convenient, covered area for mail delivery is often provided for residents.
  • Regular Newsletters: To keep residents informed, the park may distribute regular newsletters, enhancing communication within the community.

For precise details on utilities, maintenance responsibilities, and specific services, prospective residents are encouraged to contact the park directly.

Where do I even begin with this joke of a place! If I could give negative stars I would! It wasn't bad when we 1st moved in but now can't wait to get the hell out of here! Every year they raise the lot rent and claim it's due to inflation and all we get out of that is half assed snow removal in the winter and last year it took them weeks to get someone to do it! We pay extra for water which they take the total and split between everyone and depending on how many bedrooms you have that how much you pay my only problem with this is they NEVER show us how much the bill is and I guarantee they screwing us on it! (Only one meter for the whole park) We pay extra for the dumpsters as well! Lot rent was 295.00 when we 1st moved in almost 7 years ago and right currently is 475.00 and will be going to 550.00 next year!!! The road coming into the park is horrible and nothing but big ass pot holes! They say it's not there responsibility it's the city's and vice versa. You never know who the hell the park manager is either as it's always changing! I would not recommend living in this mobile community

I recently read a scathing review. It stated that the park manager was lazy and had been fired before for being lazy and not doing her job. I have lived here for the past 3 1/2-4 yrs. There has been a change in managers 3 times. Marlene has been elected 2x and is the current manager. I don't know details of the past, but i can say that when dealing with Marlene and her husband Robert i have had nothing but positive results. Ultimately the park manager is an extension of the owners hand. Anything that is done is done because of the owner or owners demands. Management is as good as the communication between them and the park community. I don't always like things that come through, as in the lot increase as of 2/23. However, i do understand that inflation is real, and life moves forward. In other words, it has to be. If i hate that much ( which i don't) i can take my trailer and move. That probably won't happen because the cost of moving my trailer and all that is involved is quite expensive. Anyway, Golden Arrow Mobile Home Community is a nice park to live in and has been improving each year to maintain a clean park.

Golden Arrow is a really clean and silent place to live. I lived in other places and I could say this is where I feel it one of the safest. No loud people, no big loud animals. Kids play outside, very very organized park. Also it is improving every single day to keeping it more clean and organized! Nice people around don’t mess with you or disrespect neighbors. Recommend this park to anyone looking for a place to live!

Marlene is a super lazy person who loves to sleep instead of taking care of her park. She has been fired before already for not doing her job right. She will again it just a matter of time. Please DO NOT move into this park, it is a piece of junk now. Over loaded with trailers and if a unit does something wrong every unit pays the price. Satish needs to hire someone with a serious profile. Trust me on this I recently moved out because of the management of the park.

Recently moved in with my husband. And so far really enjoy living here. It’s a quiet place and has a trail right behind our place. Manger is pretty understanding and quick to respond.
