This article is crafted specifically for local users in the Indiana region, providing a clear, engaging, and informative overview of what makes Grand Trails RV Park a suitable choice for your next adventure on the open road.
An RV park, or recreational vehicle park, is a dedicated facility providing sites with hookups and amenities for motorhomes, travel trailers, and other recreational vehicles. Unlike traditional campgrounds that might focus on primitive tent camping, RV parks prioritize convenience and comfort for vehicle-based travelers. Grand Trails RV Park embodies this focus, aiming to provide a functional and friendly environment for its guests. The positive feedback from visitors consistently highlights the welcoming nature of the staff, with one reviewer noting a staff member as "very friendly and straightforward." While one review mentions the potential for flooding, noting that "things happen all in all friendly sunny place," it's an important detail for preparedness. However, the overall sentiment still leans towards a positive experience, with the park being described as "friendly" and having a generally good atmosphere. This suggests that while natural occurrences can happen, the park's management likely takes measures to address them, and the underlying positive spirit of the community remains. For RVers exploring Southern Indiana or those traveling through to destinations like Louisville, Grand Trails RV Park aims to be a reliable and hospitable base, offering essential services within a welcoming community. Its dedication to being a "friendly sunny place" underscores its commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all who visit.

Customer Reviews
We haven't stayed here. I was sent here to go move a 5th wheel for a lady. I can not remember her name, but I'll call her mom. She was very friendly and straight forward. If I ever get a day away from where I currently work (at another campground closer to Louisville) I will definitely stop by.
It floods some times not a thing if ur prepared but things happen all in all friendly sunny place
Absolutely love this campground. Denise is an amazing woman. Very close to park for kids. Downtown Corydon is just a few steps away. Walmart is 10 minutes or less and being along the river is so peaceful. Could it use some updates absolutely but the price is right and we met some of the best people ever here. Taylor, Brandon and Jesse we love and miss you guys!!! And of course Asher and Journey we love you guys too. Best memories ever!!!
We stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The price was really reasonable and they have a pool and laundry. Our site was next to the river and it's very peaceful to relax outside. The sites are a little small, but it didn't feel cramped. It's walking distance to the historic downtown area, shops, restaurants, library. The Friday farmers market is right across the street. It's pretty quiet and the people are friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!
They put us were the ground flooded when it rained and when it didn't rain is was always so soggy and muddy. The campers are so close you can hear others talking and whatnot.... laundry room don't even go there the washer took 3 times to finally drain clothes dryers do not dry til the fifth time. And after telling them about it they do not expect to get new ones. Lady is a bit rude. They will not return any left over money owed to you.
