It is important to note that prospective and current residents have expressed significant concerns regarding the park's condition and management. Recent customer reviews indicate that some areas of the park have become quite "run down," with reports of trash and poorly maintained lots impacting the overall living environment. Used to be a good place to live. But know it's full of riff raff and has gone down hill. The new owners don't care about anything. There just worried about running all the people off so they can put new trailers in and charge a ungodly amount.
Nov 21, 2022 · Bobby NolinDrove through to look for a place for my daughter to put a trailer and was floored by how run down this park has become. Lot rent is 275.00 a month and the lots were so trashed it was not even funny. I feel Sorry for the few trailers in there that tried to make their lot look great when everyone around them had trash all in the yard, piled up on porches, run down cars in the driveway. I think maybe they need a new property manager that would take the time to clean it up.
