My family has lived here for 20+ years. We love this little community. Kids play and people stroll around the park all of the time. In the last 12 years Nelson the manager has turned it into a very nice looking area that is peaceful and safe. A great place to raise your family!

My family has lived here for 12 years and it's a nice neighborhood . Nelson our landlord keep our neighborhood nice ,clean,and quite. He has always been very nice to us for year. This park is a great place to raise a family.

Was illegally forced out of the home I own. Simply due to Property Management had gotten themselves into I guess some type of trouble for allowing me to stay there when the owners of the property denied me. I'll worked hard all my life and I'm a single dad and I bought the home for me and my son to have somewhere to go. And now we are homeless. If you're not an illegal immigrant or of Hispanic nationality there is no hope for you here.

Extremely racist community. Nelson, the manager is two faced and lied several times about the status of a home when in fact he was never gonna rent to me because he planned on Hispanics renting the home. My friend was there and I myself witnessed the illegal procedures Nelson went about doing to make life hell for them. They are white. If your American don't water the time. Just one or two families are in there. The entire community is Hispanic which is ok, but they treat others entirely wrong. Don't try to live in this community. You will be mistreated.

This mobile home park is run by a company in Glen Allen,VA. They like to hire Mexican nationals to run their parks. Then they rent to own 90% of their units to other Central American nationals and then the other units to whites and blacks. At that point and time, they discriminate against the white and black tenants at every chance they get until they either force them out or they just quit paying rent and get evicted. They are racist pigs!!!!!!!!
