I have been living here for almost two months now, and so far, so good. The trailer I am renting is an older model it definitely shows its age esthetically but everything works great from the heat to the appliances and the blinds. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to clean the entire place when I moved in. Also both the front door and back door have to be slammed shutznmxn
