Hello, fellow Arkansans and travelers exploring our beautiful state! If you're navigating the highways of Arkansas in your RV, you know the importance of finding a convenient, safe, and comfortable spot to rest and recharge. In the charming city of Arkadelphia, Golden's Riverside RV Park offers just that – a straightforward, no-frills option designed for ease of access and a peaceful overnight stay.
For us locals, whether we're on a quick weekend getaway, visiting family, or just passing through on a longer journey, having reliable RV parks near major interstates is incredibly valuable. Golden's Riverside RV Park caters to those who prioritize essential services and a quiet night's sleep over extensive amenities, making it a practical choice for many.
While some RV parks aim for a resort-like experience, Golden's Riverside RV Park seems to focus on delivering the core necessities efficiently and affordably. This article will provide a factual and balanced overview of what you can expect from this park, based on publicly available information and real customer experiences. Our goal is to help you decide if Golden's Riverside RV Park is the right fit for your next Arkansas RV adventure.
Golden's Riverside RV Park is conveniently located at 116 Valley St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923, USA. This address places it strategically within Arkadelphia, a city in Clark County, Arkansas. Arkadelphia is well-known for its excellent accessibility, sitting directly off Interstate 30, a major north-south corridor that connects Little Rock to Texarkana and beyond.
The park's location offers "easy on and off freeway access" from I-30, making it an ideal stop for those traveling long distances and needing a quick, convenient place to park their RV. Despite its proximity to the interstate, reviewers consistently note that it's "far enough off the road to make it convenient and quiet," meaning you can enjoy the ease of access without the disruptive noise of constant traffic. This balance of convenience and tranquility is a significant advantage for travelers.
Furthermore, the park's location near a "Pilot Travel center on the same exit on I30" is a practical benefit for RVers. This means you have easy access to fuel, snacks, and other travel essentials without having to venture far from the park. While the name suggests a "Riverside" location, implying proximity to the Ouachita River which flows through Arkadelphia, the primary focus from reviews is on the park's quietness and accessibility to the interstate, rather than direct river access for recreation.
Golden's Riverside RV Park focuses on providing essential services for RV travelers seeking a convenient and straightforward stop. Based on customer feedback, the core offerings include:
It's important to note what is not offered: reviews explicitly state "Nothing else here. No bathrooms, or laundry. No pavement anywhere." This means the park is best suited for fully self-contained RVs where guests do not rely on shared facilities for restrooms, showers, or laundry needs. The lack of pavement means the driving surfaces and sites are gravel, which can be uneven in spots, as one reviewer noted about difficulty getting landing gear stable.
Golden's Riverside RV Park, while minimalist in its approach, offers several key features and highlights that appeal to specific types of RVers:
It's important to set expectations that while the core functions are strong, the aesthetics are secondary, and the park is best suited for those who can "overlook imperfection" in terms of appearance or lack of extra amenities like paved sites, bathrooms, or laundry facilities.
Based on the provided customer reviews, Golden's Riverside RV Park does not explicitly advertise specific "promotions or special offers" in the traditional sense. Its primary "promotion" is its consistently described competitive pricing structure. One reviewer mentioned paying to the manager, implying a clear and standard rate for their overnight stay. The park seems to operate on a straightforward, affordable nightly rate that offers good value for essential full hookups and a quiet, convenient location.
The "no contact rental" system could be considered a form of operational "special offer" in that it provides unparalleled convenience and flexibility for travelers, allowing them to arrive and set up camp without needing to adhere to specific office hours. This feature itself is a draw for many RVers.
For the most current information on their rates and any potential long-term stay discounts, it is always recommended to directly contact Golden's Riverside RV Park using the provided phone number. They can provide the most accurate and up-to-date pricing details for your specific needs.
To inquire about rates, check availability, or notify the manager of your site selection, you can contact Golden's Riverside RV Park using the information below:
Given the "no contact rental" system, the primary way to interact with management is by phone. This ensures you can communicate your site number and arrange payment after you've arrived and settled into your chosen spot.

Golden's Riverside RV Park excels in this regard, providing a no-frills, efficient solution. The "no contact rental" system is particularly appealing for those late-night arrivals or spontaneous road trips, offering unmatched flexibility that fits perfectly with the independent spirit of RV travel.

Its proximity to a Pilot Travel Center on the same exit further enhances its convenience for fueling up or grabbing supplies. For the pragmatic RVer seeking a clean, safe, and quiet overnight stay with essential hookups and easy access, Golden's Riverside RV Park in Arkadelphia is a highly recommended and reliable choice in our state.

Clean level gravel spots.we only stayed over night. Picked my own spot and called manager to report # and pay. 33' travel trailer and full size truck no need to unhitch. Far enough off the road to make it convenient and quiet. Also Pilot Travel center on the same exit on I30 to top off
Nov 30, 2020 · Murf077No contact rental. No freeway, or traffic noise. The view outside my bedroom window was of a grassy pasture with thick tall woods at the far side. Easy on and off freeway access. Full hookups with 50A available. Nothing else here. No bathrooms, or laundry. No pavement anywhere. The spot we were in seemed typical for this park. The space was graveled with a mixture of rock, some crush and some large river rock. The rock was uneven and difficult to get the landing gear stable upon. We slept well there and felt safe. I think if you are particular, and care how things look, you should pass. If you need an empty field to share with other travelers, with full hookups and you can overlook imperfection, I think you should stop here
Apr 27, 2021 · florence carstensenThere's nothing wrong with the site and it's competitively priced. There are no amenities but all sites are pull through, easily accessible and have electric water and sewer. There are no other amenities. But the site is adjacent to a convenient site to put in to the Caddo River. There is a river outfitter with an office on site that also handles the RV park. I was never able to reach anyone by phone, but I pulled in, found the manager on site and he showed me to the site. It was flat, gravel throughout but clean and quiet, great spot for overnight stay.
Jun 05, 2024 · kim NELSON-BARCLAYThe owners were great. The folks who stay there full time or long term, not so much. We were screamed at by a guy as we tried to decide what spot to take. All gravel, and no good spots for your pups to relieve themselves if you’re traveling with dogs. Overall, a decent place to stay overnight, but for the price I don’t think we’ll return.
Jan 06, 2021 · Erin DuvallExcellent stay as always. Very friendly people and feels like a community more than just a RV park. Walking distance to the Caddo River which provides an excellent area to walk and explore. River floating service during season. Close enough to anything you may need and within a short walking distance to several restaurants and fast food joints. In the process of expanding and adding more sites. Gravel and level sites are throughout with a community awning and BBQ grill.
