Caddo Valley RV Park About
For many Arkansans, the appeal of RV travel lies in its versatility, offering everything from a quick overnight stop on a cross-state journey to a comfortable home base for exploring the Natural State's abundant beauty. Finding an RV park that combines convenience, modern amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere can significantly enhance any adventure. In Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Caddo Valley RV Park has recently undergone significant transformations, emerging as a promising destination for RV enthusiasts.
Formerly known as Arkadelphia RV Park, this location is under new ownership that is "investing heavily in the park," with extensive "construction expected to be complete in April 2021." This commitment to improvement means that visitors can look forward to a modern and well-equipped facility. Even during the renovation phase, the park has received positive feedback for its service: "Even during construction, the park is a nice place to stay for the night. We arrived late and the park manager came over to escort us to our site even though it was several hours after closing time." This level of attentiveness speaks volumes about the management's dedication to guest satisfaction.
While one past interaction with a phone answering service was noted as "rude and very short," resulting in a lower initial rating, the overall sentiment regarding the park's improvements and on-site management paints a very positive picture. With upcoming features like "30+ large pull through sites in the upper area near the office and pool," and already completed, "very nice" community and laundry areas, Caddo Valley RV Park is rapidly solidifying its reputation as a premier choice in the region. Whether you're passing through Arkadelphia or planning a longer stay to explore the Diamond Lakes region, Caddo Valley RV Park is poised to offer a comfortable and convenient experience for all Arkansans.
Caddo Valley RV Park is ideally situated at 221 Frost Rd, Arkadelphia, AR 71923, USA. This location places it strategically in Caddo Valley, a community just off Interstate 30, offering exceptional accessibility for travelers. Arkadelphia itself is a vibrant town in Clark County, serving as a hub for both Henderson State University and Ouachita Baptist University, which contributes to a lively atmosphere and access to various local services.
The park's proximity to I-30 means that it is incredibly easy to access for those traveling across Arkansas or passing through on longer interstate journeys. This "easy on/off I-30" convenience is a major advantage, reducing travel time and stress for RVers. Despite being close to the highway, reviews suggest that while there can be some "traffic noise," it is a "small trade-off for easy access." Its location also puts guests near essential amenities in Caddo Valley, including fast food establishments, gas stations, and a Cracker Barrel just down the road, making it simple to resupply and grab a meal. Furthermore, being in Arkadelphia, guests have access to local attractions such as the Arkadelphia Aquatic Park, Arkadelphia Central Park, and the beautiful DeGray Lake Resort State Park, all within a reasonable driving distance.

Customer Reviews
This RV park is the former Arkadelphia RV Park with a new owner who is investing heavily in the park. Construction is expected to be complete in April 2021. Even during construction, the park is a nice place to stay for the night. We arrived late and the park manager came over to escort us to our site even though it was several hours after closing time. Once construction is complete, there will be 30+ large pull through sites in the upper area near the office and pool. The community area and laundry, both near the office, are already done and look very nice.
I called to get information and the woman answering the phone was rude and very short with me. She wouldn't even let me complete my question. That explains the rating of 3.5
We just needed a place for the night. Melisa had one spot left and saved it for us with no card info, etc. Very helpful. The park was clean, clean! Office was spic and span. Spot was gravel, not concrete, but it was fresh, clean gravel, with no dirt to get on your feet. Looks like the spot we stayed in (# 22) had all new hookups. Not one thing to complain about. Residents there seemed happy, and were courteous. No loud noises. We’ll try to make it back.
This ignorant lady running the place tried to talk badly about my kids to my boss. She said my kids pooped all over the walls in the restroom! Excuse me lady but my wife doesn’t lose sight of my kids and plus we have a very nice camper with our own bathroom we’d never use a nasty public restroom when we have our own. My boys are respectful and courteous my wife would tear them a new one if they ever did such a thing! (They never would though!) She never even called me to say anything just decided to talk badly about us not knowing that she was speaking to my boss. Jokes on her my boss knew that wasn’t my kids and agreed to what a crazy rude lady she was. We weren’t even there 90% of the time my wife took the kids to hot springs and the state park we pretty much just slept there. Funniest part is she had no proof of my kids doing it she just decided to pick us to trash talk. What a joke. Overpriced gravel pit with crazy management.
Nice place, nice owners. Most campers have been there quite a while; vacancies are few and far between. The owners are really nice and live on site.
