My Husband and I booked a last minute respite on a holiday weekend so it was a bit pricey. But we were celebrating a successful surgery outcome so that was put aside. We were able to get the last available waterfront spot and could not have been happier with the location. So peaceful and the staff was incredibly nice with leading us right to our spot at check in. My only bad was that I didn't bring my fishing equipment which would have been great off the seawall at high tide. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

This is my second time staying in this waterfront park and it was even better than the first. My site had a great view of the Anclote River and I could watch the boats come and go as well as beautiful sunsets and tons of shore birds. One night we drove about a mile and a half over to the Tarpon Springs side and had drinks in one great place and a delicious dinner at another waterfront restaurant. I would recommend this campground to anyone that enjoys Florida for what it really is. It’s close to everything and very quiet.

Beautiful setting. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Dolphins pass by every morning and evening! 4 stars only because they have hurricane and fire related damage. They did email well in advance and notified us that the laundry and bathrooms are not available
