High Acres Village About

For those in Virginia seeking a stable, community-oriented, and affordable housing solution, a mobile home park can often be an excellent choice. Among the various options in the Commonwealth, High Acres Village in Covington stands out as a well-established and long-standing community. It’s a place where modern conveniences meet a serene, woodland-edged environment, offering a distinct lifestyle for individuals and families alike.

Mobile home parks, also known as manufactured home communities, offer a different pathway to homeownership compared to traditional stick-built homes. The design of such communities often encourages outdoor activities and shared spaces, fostering connections among residents. High Acres Village prides itself on being a "modern planned mobile home and travel trailer park," suggesting a deliberate effort to create a comfortable and engaging living space for all.
