I would not let my dog stay here!!! It is also called the Cliftondale mobile home park. I stayed here for 2 months max and I couldn't take it no more there are roaches in the trailers there is mold o the walls and floors there is water standing underneath the trailers cops are here every day and night there are hundreds of cats not cared for here there are thieves here that come right in your yard with no care at all there are trailers here with floors completely fallen through and gnats coming through the drains from the wetness under the trailers. Not a good place e at all not healthy either!!! Doesnt deserve any stars but wouldn't let me go past it. There is a trailer in here which I have e been in personally and in the bedroom on the ceiling and on the walls are literally holes in the walls to where when it rains the bed gets soaking wet and the wall has black mold all around it and it is infested with roaches so bad that you can be sitting on the couch and the ceiling fan is above the couch and they just fall right into you it is disgusting!!!!

Save yourself a lot of hassle and heartache and steer clear of this dump. Sadly when the place looked like a giant tinderbox it was at least peaceful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. I’ve been here four years and there won’t be five !!!
The new owner has the new manager breaking laws. The manager is rude and doesnt know the laws. I understand trying to clean up the park but the way they are going about it is illegal!
WAY TOO MUCH NEGATIVE ACTIVITIES. OWER AND EMPLOYEES PICK AND CHOOSE WHO GETS TO BE AT THIS PLACE. SAD PART IS ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE ARE NOW NOT ALOUD IN THIS PARK!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEAR IT TO THE GROUND BECAUSE THERE IS NO HOPE!!!!!!
