Very unprofessional associates locally and corporately. Stayed there in our camper. Kept most of security deposit for tire tracks in drive way during winter. There was no concrete or paved parking pad. Did not show me proof that entire lot needed re leveling. Lot had trash from previous mobile home being removed and not cleaned thoroughly. Cleaned it up before leaving. But they still kept all but $40 of the security deposit. I highly recommend DO NOT STAY THERE. If I could rate it no stars I would.

The good It's open all year Its quiet Close to town Commerical internet available if you want to have it installed Trash Service you do have to get your own trash can which I dont need in my regular travels. Manager is easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. Maintenance man was prompt with any thing that was needed done. Plenty of space in your lot I parked my camper and 3 trucks The Bad Water Sewer was farther away than I like I could have parked closer to it but i would have been more in the mud. City water was tinted yellow so use your filter The old trailer lots are mostly mud so in the spring it was hard to keep the camper level. There was 2 month minimum stay A security deposit of one months rent. You can only pay with Checks or money orders The park for the kids is old kind of run down No breakers on my electrical box just a always hot plug and only one plug worked. I would stay there again

I didn't want to even give them a star rating but this wouldn't let me go on to the step unless I rated it....
