I miss the older owner if I recall/remember rent used to be $530, new owner came out the rent cost is $800 then new lease is coming it will be $900 so every lease will be $100 more, get ready to move out!!! By 2 years is probably going to be $1,100 BUT if they decide to make it more expensive I mean from $530 too jump of $800, who know it could be $2,600-$3,000 in the next 2 years!! Not worth it! Get a house or a cheaper place! Oh you also have to pay for laundry and they dont accept debit/credit cards despise is hard to find quarters nowadays yea have fun!

Nice and friendly community , but the owners could have done more like add a park for kids or something fun for families to enjoy . they have too many rules that can get really annoying always complaining about something it honestly is not worth living here everything in house is falling apart and they sometime overcharge with they payments i was happy to move out of here i found me a cheaper place with less rules and everything in my place is firmly constructed . i don't think its safe for little ones to live here every mobile have a lot of holes under where they s a lot of water-bugs enter when it rains . please don't waste your money here its not worth it .

I had called to find out information about possibly living there. Was looking for a place with my brother and my children to live. My current places lease ends February 1st, and am looking for a place to be moved into when the time comes. I was informed that they couldn’t rent to us because of a “what if” situation. I was told that they couldn’t rent to us because what if my brother gets a girlfriend and I get a boyfriend. So because of a possible personal life choice in the future, I was turned down before I even got the chance to ask more questions of the place and was immediately denied the chance of even living there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
