Lived here in 2013 - 2015 in 2 different homes. Loved it but had to leave for family. We have now retired and we bought our third home in here. The best 55+ community. Great staff, well maintained, with lots of amenities. Pleasant and friendly.

Blue Heron Bay is a perfect example what an Adult Community should be. Friendly residents, beautifully maintained homes and yards, nice Clubhouse & Lake Area. You can see the pride in ownership. This is a really well-managed Property which is close to shopping, Medical Facilities & Major Attractions. This is definitely one of my favorite Adult Communities in the Manufactured Home Market.
