You get what you pay for. landlord informs you before you sign papers that there are no fridge there's no stove. you were responsible for that. there's no air conditioning unless you buy it yourself. I've had no problems here I've been living here for going into living in to this place is my second month. and the only problem I have is some of my neighbor ARE being inconsiderate playing loud music at 4 o'clock in the morning.
Terrible place! The guy literally scammed me for $1,000. And the place we ended up in had rotten walls and floors with big wholes in them I posted pictures. No fridge or stove or even a.c. Which is all illegal in the state of Florida!! Our hot water never worked all the sinks are stopped up and the kitchen sink is over flowing I the bathroom sink. The a.c I brought to the place was almost yanked out my window and stollen. Not safe at all o have kids this is not a good place to be save yourself allot of time and money and just go down the road there is much nicer and cheeper places locally!!! Please do some research before doing business with this place. I'm not the only one with these problems at least four other families I know are dealing g with the same thing. Police have been notified.
