Feb 26, 2025 · Corrina MichonThis is an RV park that needs a lot of work. The sites are uneven and muddy when it rains, however the nightly rates are low and everything works. The park is full of long time residents and are rather junky. Many of the rigs have mold on them that show they have been there a very long time and many may never roll again. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. This park works if you are on a budget and need a place to stay. It is close to the George Bush International Airport.
Feb 19, 2020 · Robert OmsteadI stayed long term at park (over 1 year) & since have visited at least 1/2 dozen since over the last few years. Park is operated by husband and wife who are courteous and professional. Maintenance resided on property accessible anytime. Over all good value (price vs. amenities). Especially helpful is propane filling, waste tank dump station, laundry, & public shower/ restrooms. The playground and pool are good added features. Compared to other parks within 15 miles of area (Aldine, Humble, between I-69 & I-45 @BW8), clearly the best. Safe, clean, & friendly. Stay for a day, week, or month. Above average conveniences within a few miles or 2 (stores, gas, etc.)
Mar 28, 2023 · Creator EndowedI currently live here. I enjoy my landlords presence he is a very sweet understanding man. His wife makes jewelry and she's very sweet as well. Just be good with him and he is good with you. Great quiet friendly place. I love my home thank you. ❤️
Oct 12, 2021 · Lydia FaithIts a very nice park. The owners are super nice n do a great job of upkeep. The price is great. I really loved it. It's perfect for people who completely stick to themselves. My poor rating comes solely from the massive amount of drama that stems from their maintenance worker. Bill constantly starts issues with others to the point of them leaving. I know I'm not the first and won't be the last to leave due to him. I know of others planning on moving right now. He also deals weed,is an alcoholic encourages marital infidelities, and goes behind your back. Several people have brought these things up but have been ignored. That is bad business! The atmosphere is that of a High school. Its really sad cause it's such a nice rv park.
