Best price in town **EDIT** they will evict you if u need to call the police for any reason. I was being harassed daily by a tenant and when I brought it up I was told to let it go. It continued. The tenant was told to leave by Jessica. They refused. Days went by with the harassment still continuing. She did NOTHING to enforce the removal. Then the person harassing me called the cops and Jessica thought I was the one who called so she said "you call the police, we can't have that here" Then handed me a 30 day notice to vacate I RECORDED THIS INTERACTION AND IT MAY BE USED IN COURT.

Decent facility was as good I expected for the reasonable rates. Judy was always friendly with me and professional in our encounters . Quiet minus the air traffic which is not on them. Neighborhood was never a problem and everyone seemed to respect privacy.

Manager is great! Goes above and beyond her duty to make sure we were taken of! Very helpful in us finding our way to the rv park and in helping us get around time. Great atmosphere for the price!

I love the trees there. The pool and playground are fun. Outdoor restrooms and showers are very convenient. Dog walk is cool.
