6/29/2022: Ms Esmeralda manages the Royal Coach Mobile Home Park, where I have lived for almost 28 years. In many ways she has been the best of the ten or eleven managers that have been here during my time here. She is friendly, fair and tries to help a resident when she can. Most of the previous managers were lacking in people skills. When dealing with approx 200 family's, people skills are an absolute necessity. Ms Esmeralda talks to the residents, without requiring an appointment or making judgements. She does not lock the iron gate to keep residents out or disappear at 2+ hours early several days a week. The potholes have not been fixed at all! And they are always cutting off the water almost every week!!!! This place needs new management, and the people from the front office always leave way earlier than they are supposed to and are not helpful at all. Rent is going up but nothing is being done to fix this area

Potholes are fixed now only problem there's too many dogs outside I can hear them fighting at night time a neighbor was recently bit. I lived here for the longest and this was always a problem I seen cars come and dropped dogs off and leave them here , towards the back there's so many strays.

Worst place ever honestly management don’t even care about any suggestions or problem in this location Each year the rent goes up crazy Honestly the potholes in this location haven't got fixed we have talk to the manager several times about this situation they don't even care. The neighbors here are trying to fix it their self when is not their responsibility Since management don’t even listen The office is always close there’s never anyone their they always close way to early.
