- On-site Management Presence: As highlighted by a resident review, there is a "new company" and "managers are very nice and understanding." This suggests a proactive and present management team dedicated to overseeing the community's operations and addressing resident concerns.
- Community Rule Enforcement: The review mentions managers are "doing their job to keep residents and community under control," indicating that a system of rules and guidelines is in place to ensure order and maintain the community's standards.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: While not explicitly detailed, mobile home parks generally provide basic infrastructure such as roads and utility hookups (electricity, water, sewer) to each lot. The mention of "many changes" suggests ongoing efforts to maintain or improve the physical infrastructure.

- Gated Community Aspect: The presence of a gate is intended to provide a level of security and controlled access for residents. However, it's important to note the conflicting review about the gate's functionality, suggesting it may experience intermittent issues ("The gate is never working! Sometimes you have to wait a long time to be able to go inside.").
- Parking Considerations: A resident highlighted "Not enough parking space" as a challenge, which is an important practical consideration for those with vehicles or expecting visitors.
- Noise Levels: While some communities prioritize quiet, a review indicates that Starwood Estates may experience significant noise, including "always loud music" and "fireworks throughout the whole night" during holidays, despite prohibitions. Hi I am very satisfied with this new company they have come and done many changes to our community. And managers are very nice and understanding and all they are doing is there job and and it’s took keep residents and community under control. Great job ladies.
The gate is never working! Sometimes you have to wait a long time to be able to go inside. It’s really frustrating, specially when you come tired from work. Not enough parking space. Not peaceful at all! There is always loud music, and even though they prohibit fireworks, nobody cares. Every holiday you can hear fireworks throughout the whole night.
The manager in this place is evil Yolanda is trapping cats that were TNR last year and dumping them she is committing animal cruelty Yolanda if you don't know the law about TNR just changed Sept 1. Governor Greg Abbott recently signed House Bill 3660 into law Greg Abbott recently signed House Bill 3660 into law, protecting those who trap, neuter or spay, and release feral cats back into the wild from animal abandonment charges.
Very peaceful, community manager Claudia is amazing, super nice, and helpful! I don't think they take forver to fix things like the other people are saying. They've always fixed any issues we have had in a timely manner.
What’s the purpose of the sticker in the window of the car if you’re gonna tow the car anyway might as well just throw away the stickers away
