Property FLOODS during and after hard rains. The water pressure is so low you can't take a decent shower.

lived here for a month, no complaints really. Never lived in a manufactured home community and it's really not so bad. Not a fan of the mailbox system but I imagine the centralized mailbox is similar to other places. My neighbors have some questionable tastes but they don't bother me, so I keep to myself. Relatively quiet place, outside from the occasional street races on the roads adjacent to the place. May update this review in the future.

Just finished signing the lease yesterday. Wonderful place, wonderful staff. The only reason it doesn't get a 5* is because there is limited parking and no loud motorcycles.... still trying to find a way to store 2 Harleys. .
