These provide a comfortable option for campers who prefer not to use their RV's facilities exclusively, or for tent campers who might also be accommodated on certain sites. While not directly mentioned in reviews, the expectation for a decent campground is functional and clean facilities.
-
Swimming Pool Access: As noted in customer reviews, the campground features a swimming pool. This is a significant amenity, particularly during warmer months, offering a refreshing way for campers of all ages to relax and have fun. The review highlights specific concerns about alcohol consumption in the pool area, which suggests there are rules in place, even if enforcement is inconsistent at times.
-
Laundry Facilities: Many larger RV campgrounds, especially those part of a network like Thousand Trails, provide on-site laundry facilities. This allows campers on longer trips to conveniently wash their clothes without needing to leave the campground.
-
Recreational Amenities: Beyond the pool, campgrounds often offer various recreational services. While not explicitly detailed for Indian Lakes, these can include playgrounds for children, sports courts (e.g., basketball, volleyball), mini-golf, or communal gathering areas. Such amenities enhance the overall camping experience and provide options for active recreation.
-
Pet-Friendly Environment: Most RV campgrounds are pet-friendly, offering designated areas for pets and requiring owners to adhere to leash laws and cleanup policies. This service allows campers to bring their beloved companions along for the adventure.

Customer Reviews
Nice place, was concerned that the pool has no alcohol sign but adults and the lifeguards ignore. The lifeguards were not drinking but said nothing to those who were, even those directly in front of them. I don't really care if you drink, but cover the drink in a cozy or pour into a plastic cup. Don't be blatant about the drinks in front of the kids and others. And please no glass bottles by the pool. Seriously.
Decent campground. Stayed with thousand trails here and really can't find much to complain about
beautiful camp ground but the service sucks.
We always have a great time camping here.
