Just an all around MEH experience. Cabins are packed pretty tight. Everything's old like 80s trailer park stuff. DJ was cool and the blob thing for the kids to jump on was fun. Needs a pond/fishing area or something. Might visit again and update.
Sep 16, 2025 · Adam Y (Dubs)Rude staff, bad customer service and sub par accommodations. I witnessed a staff member treating a paying customer as if they were a criminal. I was petting the gentleman’s dog when a staff member rode up on a cart and started berating him for the dog not being on a leash (the dog was on a leash) to point I thought it was a joke until I realized she was serious. My family and I were stunned! The employee did this with a cart full of kids!! Second I walked into the store to purchase some items nobody behind the register. I waited and waited and nobody came in. When I walked out the staff and management were sitting outside talking and carrying on playing on their cell phones. When I asked if the pool was open the maintenance man rudely replied “ no the dam pump is broken” then walked off mumbling something under his breath. The pond was in really bad shape with a dog house floating in it. We lost power twice. Lost water once. Beds were very uncomfortable. No train and hiking trails look like they haven’t been taken care of. This is my 7th year coming here and it has always been great! Now I’m not sure I’d ever go back just based on the rude staff alone. This was definitely not worth the money. This is sad to say as the location is perfect and we have had so many great memories here.
Jul 28, 2025 · HwgThis is a great place to have vacation for you and your family. We’re looking into doing a seasonal instead of getting a cabin. My kids and I are going on 2 weeks of vacation here because we have so much fun. The staff are wonderful in every way. If you have a problem they help fix it no matter how big or small. Best yogi we’ve been to yet. Been coming up here for 4 years now
Jul 14, 2025 · Crystal MaddoxA good place for young kids to come and swim, jump on the air pillows, or play on the small plays etc. However, the cabins as they call them are old trailers with lofts. The porch is falling down on one corner as the post protrudes through it. This is camping but dang , I should've brought an RV. It would've made for better accommodations for the price you pay. Paying over 180 a night for this poor old hut.
Aug 22, 2025 · Don ToyDates of stay: 5/22-5/26/25. Location: Pennsylvania House. Person(s): 2 adults, 1 child. Cabin: Cabin was clean and comfortable. A space heater was provided but we brought our own. The upstairs loft really in my opinion is sized for children, not adults. Parking is a little tight depending on the position of your cabin, but manageable. Enjoyed fires at the fire pit. Location: Quietly tucked away up a hill. The views were pretty. RV sites, campsites, cabins, ect are all close together. Expect no privacy. Everyone seemed to abide by the "quiet hours" of 11 pm to 8 am, which I appreciated. Amenities/Staff: Staff was super helpful and friendly. Garbage pickup right from your cabin was a huge bonus. Unfortunately, not all the amenities listed were available during our stay. Some had to do with the rainy weather (which is not an issue) but other things, were not. Also, the amenities (like the carousel and trains) appeared to be a bit run down BUT there did also appear to be some refurbishing happening. The pool was unfortunately broken. The pillow jump was only available at certain times, I believe only twice during our stay. Enjoyed the events for children. Majority were free, some crafts cost an additional price. Overall if you want a really low key vacation spot, I'd recommend this location.
