For many Arkansas residents, particularly those who are working, studying, or establishing a long-term home base in the thriving Jonesboro area, finding a stable, quiet, and affordable living solution is essential. Jonesboro RV Park, situated off AR-349, is not a typical short-stay tourist campground; rather, it functions as a critical residential community for long-term RVers and those looking for a fixed spot for a mobile or manufactured home. This distinction is key to understanding its value to the local community in Northeast Arkansas.
The experience at Jonesboro RV Park is characterized by its dedication to providing a peaceful, family-friendly environment. One resident highlighted this perfectly, noting, “This place is an amazing place to stay we plan on staying for a year and getting a mobile home spot it’s so quiet and everyone is nice I never had this much quiet living in the downtown Jonesboro area but we are still living here and I am glad my daughters daycare van can come all the way here but other than that me my husband and daughter all love it here the owners are very kind and understanding.” This testimony speaks volumes about the park’s primary appeal: a genuine escape from the hustle of urban life without sacrificing accessibility.
It is important to note a contrasting perspective found in public reviews, where a traveler mentioned that the park "was packed with people who live there" and that the online pictures did not match the current appearance, leading them not to stay. However, the management's professionalism was clear, as the "kind gentleman who escorted us to our spot... totally understood." This feedback confirms the park’s primary identity as a long-term residential community rather than a transient tourist resort. For local Arkansans seeking permanent, quiet, and kind-hearted residency near Jonesboro, this is precisely the setting they are looking for. The focus here is on a stable, supported, and neighborly existence, backed by owners who are described as "very kind and understanding."

I don't like to leave a negative review, but I don't want people to make the same mistake. The pictures of the park on the internet bear no resemblance to the real thing. The 4.5 star rating is not reflective of the park itself. The place was packed with people who live there. There was a kind gentleman who escorted us to our spot, but we did not stay there. He totally understood.

Aug 09, 2024 · Erin MoserVery nice good people own and operate this park. We have been here for a year now. It's very quiet, peaceful, and close enough to town, but far enough away. Christian people own the park, and they will treat you like family. It was a blessing to be a tenant here.
Mar 27, 2024 · James FergusonThe owners are the salt of the Earth. Such nice people. The park is in a nice, quiet area. Price is right. A little off the highway but a great place to recharge. I have a 43’ 5th wheel and the spaces were plenty big enough.
Jun 11, 2024 · D Kennettthis was a delight. Thom Gorton was so friendly, courteous, waited for us to guide us into our spot, helped Lorne back into the spot And stayed a minute to make sure that we were well settled. The price was unbelievably inexpensive. We added a $15 gratuity which he tried very hard to refuse. He carried away our garbage for us answered all our silly questions. The place was quiet, and we felt safe. we highly recommend this for tired road warriors
