June's Mobile Home Village & Sales About

Are you looking for an affordable and welcoming place to call home in Southeast Michigan? June's Mobile Home Village & Sales, nestled in the charming Downriver community of Ecorse, offers a unique residential experience for individuals and families alike. For those in Michigan considering mobile or manufactured housing, understanding what a mobile home park provides is key, and June's presents itself as an established option within the region.

A mobile home park, often referred to as a manufactured home community, is a dedicated residential area specifically designed for mobile homes and travel trailers. These communities provide designated lots where residents can place their homes, often benefiting from shared amenities and a sense of neighborhood. In Michigan, mobile home parks operate under specific state regulations, ensuring certain standards for development and maintenance. For many, they represent a pathway to homeownership or an accessible rental option, often at a more affordable price point compared to traditional stick-built homes, especially in areas like Ecorse where the median property value is generally lower than the national average.

June's Mobile Home Village & Sales is situated at 395 J J Ave, Ecorse, MI 48229, USA. This location places it conveniently within the Downriver area of Wayne County, Michigan. Ecorse, a city with a population of around 9,000 residents, offers a mix of urban convenience and community charm. The park's address provides good accessibility to local and regional thoroughfares, making it straightforward to navigate to and from surrounding cities and attractions. Ecorse itself is known for its proximity to the Detroit River, local parks, and a strong community spirit. For those who commute for work or leisure, the location offers reasonable access to major employment hubs and cultural attractions in the broader Detroit metropolitan area. The average commute time for Ecorse residents is around 23.2 minutes, with most people driving alone, indicating that personal vehicle access is common and important for residents in the area.

June's Mobile Home Village & Sales stands as a suitable option for many locals in the Michigan region, particularly those in the Downriver area, for several reasons. For starters, it offers an avenue for affordable housing in a state where housing costs can vary significantly. In a city like Ecorse, with a median household income of around $45,082 and a certain percentage of the population experiencing poverty, accessible housing options are crucial. Mobile homes can provide a lower entry point into homeownership compared to traditional stick-built houses, making it an attractive prospect for individuals and families looking to stabilize their living situation and build equity.

The location in Ecorse is another key advantage. While the city itself is undergoing its own dynamics, its position within Wayne County means residents are close to numerous employment opportunities, educational institutions, and various amenities in the broader Detroit metropolitan area. The Downriver area is known for its strong sense of community, and mobile home parks often amplify this, creating tight-knit neighborhoods where residents can feel connected and supported.

While online reviews offer a mixed perspective, it's important for prospective residents to conduct their own due diligence, including a personal visit to the park and a direct conversation with the management. The feedback mentioning animal policies highlights the importance of understanding community rules, and the question about RV parks suggests a need for clear communication regarding what types of vehicles are accommodated. For individuals specifically interested in lot rentals for travel trailers, direct confirmation with June's management is essential.

Ultimately, June's Mobile Home Village & Sales serves a vital role in providing housing alternatives for Michigan residents. Its focus on mobile home living offers a potentially more attainable path to homeownership or a long-term rental solution, set within an established community in Ecorse. For those seeking an affordable, community-oriented living environment in the Downriver region, June's Mobile Home Village & Sales is certainly a place worth exploring further.

So far it is okay if you have a animal that you walk around like a dog make sure you carry a bag and pick up your own dog species of course but most importantly I don't no longer live there but I was just wondering cuz I was looking up RV parks near me and it shows June's trailer park so I think a travel trailer is basically the same thing as a trailer and I want to ask for sure if it's possible if I can I would like to run a lot from them for my travel trailer

I would not recommend this park, maintenance walks around with guns in front of children, they do what they want when they feel like it, Marion the office lady is horrible and rude. The owner mark is a lawyer but not a good one for all the stuff going on in that park. And he wonders y he has lawsuits and inspectors all thru there!

Neighbors constantly stare at you out the windows.People arguing in the streets off whatever substances they got their hands on. Cats. Everywhere. The Owner of the park is yet another slumlord/ lawyer wanna be. Maintenance takes YEARS to fix your appliances. Also they feel it's comfortable to make new tenants clean the trailer out themselves prior to moving in and also sell them units knowingly that are full of rats and roaches. A+ job 💯
