The definition of a sum lord... say they are fixing the park but they don't care about their residence.... the water pipes in the park are still original galvanized and original gas lines... when landmark says their fixing the street they hired the cheapest contractor to seal the top layer, when the roads should have been ripped up and replaced.... had to fight with them to have trees removed due to the neglectfullness of them trimming them and hold rent for 3 months to make them remove the trees... rent/ buy from anywhere else 💯💯💯

This park has come a long way from the old owner Cass the park Manger is prompt whenever I call. Kudos Christian and they have spent thousands on the plumbing in the park 👏 if you own your trailer it's 498 a month and I would be more then willing to pay more if the improvements keep coming. Kudo to the new owners it's going to be an uphill battle but keep up the good fight I look forward to see what's ahead.

If You know what is good for You. You should stay far away from this place! Management does minimal work as possible. I lived in that mobile home park for 5 years. After moving into my home I found out that I had moved into a home that was bed bug infested. I have seen roaches rats bed bugs ants flea infestations. Stay far away from this place not a place for children got a place for somebody who wants to live a quiet life

This is the worst ran place I have ever lived in. They WILL NOT fix anything they’re supposed too. The sewage problem is horrible and they have to fix it below the ground and refuse too. Poor communication and very unprofessional! This was a last resort and I would’ve rather been homeless. DO NOT COME HERE! That one star is really a big ZERO
