A Dump. No upkeep through out the park . All properties run down. Broken down cars parked on side of street every street. Piles of TV's electronics and scrap piles . Several busted up and broke down utillity trails in almost every yard full of scrap that has sit there for months.Constant traffic of trucks headed in and out full of scrap scrap going to scrap yards.Every person digs trough evetones trash collecting scrap to sell. Continous Drug Traffice all day and night. Numberous Drug Bust. And large amounts Drug Labs. Non stop thefts for drug money continiouslyDOPE ALLEY.
