New management is... not competent. Very money hungry, with zero regard to your wellbeing or how pleasant your stay is. Be prepared, they are delusional, and will gladly take your money while expecting you to thank them for ignoring maintenance requests. New rules, that aren't enforced (if you're a certain ethnicity), too. They're also removing our home to put a new one in after a verbal and written contract they didn't sign, just to be able to screw us and other people over.

Stay clear of this place. Their attitude changes from being nice guys to being better than you after you sign their lease. All they care about is their pocket book and their appearance. They will nitpick about every little thing and they could care less about personal situations. It’s not even a matter of not paying rent or not paying rent on time. It’s things like how you park your vehicle, what you have in the yard, how long you let your grass get (even in the event of flooding and mud), what time you put the trash out, and other stuff like that. They excuse it as being the city but it’s the owner driving around in his Corvette. They will mow your yard without warning and expect you to pay, they will also tow your car without warning and expect you to pay. Don’t let them fool you, it’s their tow truck, and what the owner who lives right in the park thinks. It has nothing to do with a city law it’s all how they want their property to look, and they will keep you reminded that it’s their property. They look down on people; you will be treated like an uneducated animal. It’s not worth paying any amount of money to be treated like they will treat you find someplace better even if it means driving further.

I live in this community. We have alot of construction going on to improve our community BUT when it gets finished it will be a great place to live. It's fairly quiet considering we are surrounded by Industrial area.
