Customer Reviews
I’ve lived here since 2019 and I love it, its peaceful management always gets things done, and is prompt in answering questions, well maintained and clean unlike other mobile home areas, the price range is still affordable for today’s economy.
I enjoy visiting my family but this place is way too expensive for what people get and not well-run. Rent is too much for what you get. Office/Club House is a joke with a tiny playground and small pool which may be 3 to 5 feet deep. 200 plus mobile homes crammed close to each other. I would pass on this one.
Professionally managed, and grounds are well maintained. Their club house has a very nice gym, playground for the kids and a pool! The best around Irving.
The manager has no customer service, the foundation is moving and they don't support you at all, 1500 just for the park, it is very expensive... I really don't recommend it, please read the papers they give you carefully to sign....
I have lived here for 5 years and have no complaints! The improvements were well implemented. The community is quiet and I feel safer now that the gates are up.
