Everyone here is amazing. Especially Matt! I’ve never had any issues. They are always prompt in responding to any problems and questions. I’ve never experienced any discrimination unlike the last place I lived at.

They never are in the office. They stole my mom's money for switching lot and home to her name. Guess what that manager got fired. So now they won't honor the transfer. Horrible structure with management. Now they are trying to steal our home by sending attorneys to threaten us. We are trying to call the office to speak about it and they never answer or they lock themselves in the office and hide from tenants. Also I do feel like they do discriminate against Hispanic people and try to take advantage.

The people in the staff discriminate against Hispanic people. They will not tell you all the requirements upfront. Horrible human beings. They told me I was approved to live there and that I was the first one applying for one of the homes and that I couldn't do anything until they had a date for the home that I would be contacted. I follow up a week later and the home is already taken because someone put down a deposit. When I explained to the manager that Merecedes did not mention I had to put down a deposit he did not care to listen. I was not contacted back for any reason I have to call and call and of course no answer. If anyone else has been discriminated against please file a report. These people think its OK to play with peoples time and money. And if Bayshore cared enough about its reputation he would fire them.
