Customer Reviews
I'd rate it a zero if I could. Unless you're a Mexican who plays loud music, has 5 or more cars, and 6 people living there. Then you'd love it 😖😠
The HOA here picks out people to mess with. Just certain home owners are given fines all the time. Fines like parking and other small things. The issue is other home owners doing the same thing and they get no fine. A lady driving around all the time just checking on who to mess with. We’ve been living here for the longest and it isn’t right!
Quite mobile home community neat and clean, I don't like the pool hrs. It's only open 9-6 Mon. - Fri. And closed on weekends, but it seemed like it would be a nice place to live.
Once again coming back to say Chris the maintenance manager is the best. He's always ready to help and always on top of things!
I use to live here,I'm really emotional too see these pictures again.I really miss Irving but sometimes things come in life and change.Thousand oaks is a great place, I had spent most of my life in my house but sadly my parents needed a new job and we had to move. But this place is great there might be flaws but nothing majorly bad.
