My husband and I have been in this park for 15 years. It's home! I love my neighbors and the community. The owners are keeping the place up nice with the help of our Mantenance guy. Yes, rent goes up, but everything these days goes up. And the office manager is very helpful with answering and questions you may have, and get the help you may need. Love my park and home.
This trailer park is no better than any other trailer park. Cops are in here every day. So how great could it be. Cant speak for the whole park but my neighbors are not friendly, not quiet .rent is ridiculous in here for nothing but a lake. Lack of real Management is what has caused this place to go way downhill.
Very nice place better than most places. All houses look really nice.
The management and maintenance folks are some of nicest you'll find anywhere.
