If I could leave no stars I would. When we first moved in we thought everything would be great. We were gaslit the entire summer we were there because the neighbors across the street or hoarders and management didn't want to do anything. They told us the reasoning for the amount of flies we had in our home was because we were not picking up after our dog in our trash which was extremely incorrect. They do nothing about neighbors who do nothing but fight and get the cops called on them. We just recently left, and now I have been referred to a collection agency because even though we have the right to dispute damages, management never calls back and never bothers to set up an appointment. I have never received a single bill for any damages owed. In fact my fiance was specifically told that we would receive our security deposit within 4 to 6 weeks. They were to mail us the list of damages, and they handed my fiance a BS walkthrough sheet where they had even attempted to make us pay for a furnace man to check the furnace when all that needed to be replaced was a filter. They used my security deposit to cover the damages they thought I owed, and the remaining amount is now sitting with a collection agency which I am currently disputing because I never received an actual bill for the amount that's in collections. It takes weeks for them to place a ticket for maintenance men to come and fix anything, and then they turn around and blame you for the damages that they never fixed prior to leaving. The manager is never in the office, and you can ever get a hold of them. Corporate absolutely refuses to call me back, and when corporate called my fiance back, they threatened him with making us pay another month's worth of rent when we had the right to leave. To say that this management and the group that owns the park is professional is a complete understatement. They will absolutely rob you blind, and then never bother to get in touch with you. I'm waiting for them to take me to court over the 1036 they think that I owe them, when they never even gave me a chance to dispute any damages that was made to the home. In my lease it's specifically stated that we were owed a walk through upon arrival which we were never given, as well as a walkthrough on our way out, which they never bothered to set up and continually dodged our calls when we attempted to set something up with them. I have texted the manager multiple times upon leaving, and have even went up to the office. When I asked for a sit down meeting, the person from The collection agency contacted me, did not make herself known as a debt collector, and I assumed she was a resident advocate for corporate. This place is a complete joke and I wouldn't recommend any family moving in here. They are a waste of time and all they want to do is take your money.

If I could give a zero star I would. After leaving and calling 7 times after not getting an answer to dispute somethings they call a police officer to tell me to stop calling or they'll press charges. Extremely unprofessional

We were hired to set new manufactured homes in Birchwood back in 2018 and have completed over 60 homes since, from lot prep, sidewalks, home sets and building new steps, working hand in hand with the management. Our experience has been a very positive one. Working with a management team that is accommodating and informative with excellent communication. Their professionalism shows in through the management, and the quality of work they expect is appreciated. We look forward to continuing to build our contractor relationship with Birchwood and look forward to working with them in the future.

Absolute worst place EVER. Since changing management this place has went downhill fast. I've had several issues and have asked numerous times for the owners contact information and was told "they didnt want their information given out". My stove broke over a month ago. I contacted the manager as soon as it happened and she said they dont have a maintenance man right now so she didnt know when it would be able to be fixed. Fast forward 3.5 weeks and my stove is still broke. I wasnt able to make Thanksgiving dinner this year. We had pizza. The manager does not take her job seriously. I have made several complaints about people partying all hours of the night and speeding up and down the street and absolutely nothing has changed. Its ridiculous. I am definitely not renewing my lease. We are getting the hell out of this place. My advice DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. UPDATE: Here it's now February 10th, 2021 and I still do not have a working stove. There is absolutely NO excuse for it to take this long. WORST PLACE EVER.
