This mobile home park has been around for a very long time. There are some nice ones but the entire park could use a commercial power wash. This would brighten up the trailers and clean off the sidewalks so it's curb appeal is brought up to acceptable viewing. Isn't this why a person pays rent so that the grounds is kept up? I'm sure the tenants would be thrilled with this.

I lived here in the early '70s. There weren't many trailers for rent and my parents owned theirs. We moved out in 1973. I have good memories of living there and playing in the woods and fields nearby.
