Customer Reviews
Don't do it, if you have other options. I will give them this, they keep the yard mow, which is nice, so it looks pretty clean here. The speed bumps are horrible, and they do not need to be that high. If you drive a low car, be very careful. Also, if they don't like you, you will be harassed for stupid stuff. I have thrown stuff to the side of the road, and the landlord would bring it back to the side of my house, then they would fuss on me for having stuff by side of my house, that should have already been taken off if they would have left the stuff at the side of the road for the garbage to pick up. I have had either the landlord or the landlord son, to take stuff that was to the side of my house and put it in my walkway and on my porch, for me and my 4 daughter to almost trip over when we came in at dark because it is dark on the walkway even with a porch light on. This is my mobile home that I paid for, and I'm just renting the lot. Landlord knocked on my door one morning at 6:30 in the morning, and then I got a nasty letter because my front door was open and my screen door was shut and he saw me in my recliner and didn't like that I did not come to the door at 6:30 in the morning. Unless it is family or the cops, with a search warrant I'm not answering my door at 6:30 in the morning for anybody. I turned in a letter for my doctor that I could have an emotional support dog months ago. It is a legit letter, that my doctor who treats me for depression, filled out. I took video of myself depositing it into the Dropbox because I know how they are around here. I recently got an intent to evict, if I did not yeah a letter from the doctor about my emotional support animal. I turned that in already months ago. I was about 11 days late on rent, which I let them know about. My car was in the shop so I could not work. They said in the letter that I was almost a month behind, which I was not. A friend of mine went to help me out and pay that for me, and she said the lady was not very friendly, and was nosy. They want to know what kind of cars will be regularly parked at your house, but they are okay with the person who deals drugs at one of the locations. I don't know if he still does it, but he used to according to a couple of people I know. I'm surprised that we do not have to get permission before we have a boyfriend over to even have sex. It has gotten so bad, that I'm looking in to getting a lawyer to draw up "cease to harass" papers. I will be getting security cameras and recording everything that is said and done. As far as my neighbors, I like my neighbors. Just reconsidered, what you think you will be able to live with before moving here. If you like freedom, choose someone else because this place is micromanaged . My former neighbors, who moved had issues here, too.
They charge $25 application fee for each person over 18. They deny you rental for a $170 a month lot knowing you'll have your own mobile home on it? Why would someone put a $50k home on a $170 a month lot and not pay? They give no reason for not being able to rent to you! Not a good place to deal with!
Some honest person turned my phone in to the laundry personnel. Thankyou so much!
Came here to visit faimly and even going extra slow I nearly damaged my car going over the speed bumps. Very unnecessary to have them set up so high. If I was looking for someplace to live that alone would make me wanna go someplace else.
They walked right up in our house unannounced with a key that they have for our house, a week after we moved in and peeked their head in our bedroom while me and my girlfriend were laying in bed “unclothed” this place is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting. Will be finding a new place to live ASAP
