Outstanding community! Management truly cares about everyone. The property is well kept, and they are continually updating the park to provide a top notch environment for everyone.
I’ve lived here for just over a year and honestly it’s been absolutely wonderful! It’s got its quirks like all neighborhoods do, but the property manager Marlene is a doll! One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met! When we moved in we were on a bit of a time constraint and she worked with us and made sure we were able to move in without hassle!
Lived here for 2 years and never had any issues and Marlene is always happy to help if you have an issue.
My honest opinion on the matter. I currently reside in the trailer park and cannot even contact Miss Marlene the park manager because she blocked me when I informed her of some information. The road needs to be fixed and all they are concerned about is putting in gravel and it getting washed out a couple days later with the rain. They claim they are working on maintaining the road but are constantly just putting in more trailers. If the waters ever shut off because they are in the middle of dealing with the pipes you are never notified and when you call to get an ETA of when the water will be turned back on you are hung up on. You get ask to mow your grass two days after you have mowed. The part manager states that there is 25 ft between the homes and you are responsible for maintaining 12 ft in front of behind and beside your home. Measurements are not the same as what is stated. They want to gripe about maintaining your yard and then run tractors all in it and dig up your front yard but you're the one that's supposed to keep it neat. They need to put in a playground for children that is more than just a couple swing sets because they are a family oriented Mobile home Park. And last I believe that the park manager needs to learn how to respect people on a different level than what she does.
Signing the lease and obtaining all paperwork was extremely easy. Marlene is perfect for the job she does. Organized and prompt. The Mobile Homes are clean and beautiful. It appears every Mobile Home at the location fits this description as well. The only thing that I can say bad about the park is the roads are horrendous Due to these potholes and messed up road. I will likely need service on my vehicle after six months or so
