This article is your guide to King's Row Manufactured Home Community, a residential option that provides a distinct living experience in a convenient Houston location. For many across our great state, manufactured home communities represent an accessible pathway to homeownership or long-term residency, offering an alternative to traditional housing with a focus on community living. If you're considering making Houston your home, or simply exploring various housing types, understanding what a community like King's Row offers is key to making an informed decision.
Manufactured home communities have evolved significantly, moving beyond temporary dwelling spots to become established neighborhoods. They strive to provide residents with a stable, secure, and often close-knit environment. King's Row Manufactured Home Community aims to embody this ideal, offering a setting where individuals and families can find a sense of belonging and a manageable lifestyle within the Houston metropolitan area. It's a place where you can own your home and lease the land, often at a more accessible price point.
King's Row Manufactured Home Community is a residential development situated in Houston, Texas, designed to offer a comfortable and community-focused living experience for those who choose manufactured homes. For Texans seeking affordable and accessible housing solutions in a major city, communities like King's Row can be a valuable option, often providing a more budget-friendly entry into homeownership compared to traditional site-built homes.
The community is described as being in a "quiet, country setting" despite its Houston address, boasting "abundance of beautiful shade trees" and "acres of lawn." It aims to be "the perfect place to raise a family or spend your senior years." Reviews from residents highlight varied experiences. Some appreciate the sense of community, noting that it's a "good place to live," and that "events they hold are cool too." The staff, particularly the management office, has been praised for being "nice and professional" and providing "great service." One resident mentioned being "so satisfy with all King's Row management office stuff they're all so nice and professional." The security system is also lauded as "great." However, one critical review points out a significant concern regarding the park's responsiveness to maintenance issues, specifically citing a "rotten tree" that poses a danger, despite repeated requests for its removal. This highlights that while the community has many positive aspects, prospective residents should inquire about current maintenance protocols for common areas and potential hazards. The general sentiment, however, from positive reviews, suggests that issues, when they arise, are "solved appropriately."

1 star because they don’t listen to your concerns. I been nagging about this rotten tree since I moved here. Every time it rains it looses branches. Fortunately none have caused severe damages YET. Every time mariela would tell me they were looking for a company to cut down the trees. I pay 800 dollars a month in rent. You would think that be enough to cover someone to come cut this rotten tree down. I’m sure I’m not the only tenant asking for dangerous trees to be cut down. Move your investment here at your own risk. If they would cut down all these rotten trees this place is good to live.
Been here for 3 years so far and it’s been good. Parking situation isn’t the greatest but it’s not horrendous. Anytime I’ve had a situation, it’s been solved appropriately. The events they hold are cool too.
I got recommended by Angela. She was very informative and friendly, I highly recommend this mobile community, and the place was clean! It feels very welcoming. Glad I chose this neighborhood.
It’s been such a great experience management has been so helpful when needed my issues always get resolved right after I report them maintenance is so helpful as well
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a manager and employees at the office. They never answered the phone, they give you the runaround, they don’t solve any problems or issue I have 5 mobile homes I own and I rent there since 2017 and this management team has been by far the worst. I don’t even know how they have a job, they do not care about their residents, the parking is horrible. Random people park in my driveways, uneducated and unprofessional residents. Management has no response time, the towing doesn’t even respond. This has been the worst experience since this manager took over. I have been here for several years and these girls do not know what they are doing. All the meters are extremely out of date, very dangerous. Trees are hanging over the roofs of mobile homes, they don’t even cut the branches and keep Up with the maintenance. They charge very expensive but they do not come to par for what they charge you. The corporate office in California is also a huge mess. All my documentation are not correct, the manager doesn’t answer either. I would not live here until the management changes or they get bought out. I will be removing my mobile homes from here to another community that really does care and knows how to take care of their responsibilities.
