I love living here. The people are so nice. You have so many activities to do it is worth the fee you pay My daughter lives in nmb and she pays almost as much as we do for only a pool My son in law says it's like living on a cruise ship without the ship
The house is verry nice but the constructon has a lot to be desired. I'm here 5 years and there are still things that hasent been fixed. The biggest problem is local management.
Excellent facilities. Great looking community. They are manufactured homes built on foundations. Quality and finish are terriffic. Enjoy living here. It is not a mobile home park. The houses are moved into place on trucks.
This is a great 55 and over community. I saw golf carts, people walking and neighbors gathered around talking with each other. Everyone waved and seemed happy.
Drove through to see what houses were for sale. Office was closed, but that's OK. We decided this was not our style of living. Place looks AMAZING (Clubhouse, etc) but we're looking for more space between houses.
