This place is way over priced now! I actually lived there 2yrs and since i ve lve left 2023 its under new ownership and and the cost of a lot that is nothing but a sticker patch has Doubled in ptice! Ridiculous High!!
It's under new owner ship Inga is not here anymore they have jacked the rent up and started charging for water they are rude NO AMENITIES!! The feeling of coming home is gone. I used to love this place now I can't wait to leave!
I absolutely thought I found my permanent safe happy living place here. The owners of property for over 40 years are Herman & Inga. Herman is very serious about the right stuff and will listen to any concerns. Inga is nosey and if she don't like something, she will see to it that you will be evicted and ruin your rental history for years to come. Even when you are paying rent SINCE WHEN DOES LIVING IN AN RV BECOME AN ISSUE IN RENTAL HISTORY RIDCULOUS.
This is a wonderful community of neighbors. They lookout for eachother here. They don't offer any amenities but it's a quite & friendly location.
