I lived here for a year and half with no lease and no title. Filled out lease app 3 times and always found a problem. Filed evection on me for failure to apply for residency and no proof of ownership of the trailer. Never recieved my title so couldn't prove ownership. Management lies and steals from the residences. I repaired an abandoned trailer at my expense and they stole it from me. Now they want $25,000 for a trailer that cost them nothing and they don't own. Crooks....

Horrible to rent from rude manager that argues when you ask them to make repairs. They also try to force tenants to pay online. It took them 109 days to replace my wash machine, and now I've been waiting 2 months for a working stove. I would not recommend

Between the drug deals the gun violence and management letting certain residents break rules on the lease knownly its hard to like the place rent on a trailer I own has jacked up over 300 dallors since I first moved here when floods owned it ...basketball hoops get broken Noone comes to clean the glass up and take out the rest of the broken glass buying a house can't come sooner
