Only 0.5 miles from the parking lot this is the closest site. Level on a boardwalk until the short hike up to the campsite. Has a bear box for food. We saw trout jumping in the lake and heard a wolf howling several times. Nearby vault toilet at the parking lot down the middle trail entrance.
