Our goal is to present a factual overview of this RV park to help potential visitors from Mississippi make an informed decision about whether it aligns with their travel and accommodation needs.
Martin Lake Resort Inc is situated at 14605 Parker Rd, Biloxi, MS 39532, USA. This location places it in the heart of the Mississippi Gulf Coast region, a popular destination known for its white-sand beaches, numerous casinos, and vibrant cultural scene. The park is nestled among pine forests, offering a natural setting while still being conveniently close to major urban centers and attractions.
The accessibility of Martin Lake Resort Inc from various points in Mississippi is generally good. Located north of Interstate 10, the main east-west artery across the Gulf Coast, the park is relatively easy to reach. From I-10, travelers would typically take an exit that leads onto local roads, such as Parker Road, to arrive at the resort. This ensures that RVers coming from other parts of Mississippi, like Jackson to the north or cities further east or west along the coast, can find their way without significant difficulty.
One of the key advantages of its location is its proximity to prominent attractions. Biloxi Bay and the Gulf of Mexico are just a short drive from the property, providing easy access to beaches, fishing, and various water activities. The resort is also "minutes away from the casinos starting in Biloxi," making it a convenient base for those interested in gaming and entertainment. Other nearby attractions include Jefferson Davis' Beauvoir, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and museums. While the park itself offers a wooded retreat, its accessibility to these popular destinations makes it a practical choice for exploring the diverse offerings of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Martin Lake Resort Inc advertises a range of services designed to make stays comfortable for RVers, campers, and guests staying in their cabins or cottages.
Martin Lake Resort Inc highlights several features that aim to enhance the guest experience and provide recreational opportunities, though some of these are contradicted by recent customer reviews.
Based on available public data, Martin Lake Resort Inc's pricing structure includes daily, weekly, and monthly rates, which often serve as inherent "promotions" for longer stays. Specific, time-limited promotional offers are not widely advertised, but general rate information can be found.
Given the mixed nature of recent reviews, it is highly recommended that potential guests contact Martin Lake Resort Inc directly for the most current and accurate information on rates, availability, and any promotions that may be running. This is crucial for understanding what to expect regarding cost and value for money.
For inquiries about reservations, current rates, or specific amenities at Martin Lake Resort Inc, you can reach them using the following contact details:
Given the significant concerns raised in recent customer reviews, it is strongly advised to call the resort directly and ask very specific questions about the current condition of the facilities (especially restrooms, showers, laundry, and pool), maintenance practices, and general atmosphere before making a reservation. This will help ensure that the current offerings meet your expectations.
For Mississippians seeking an RV park experience, Martin Lake Resort Inc in Biloxi presents itself with certain appeals based on its location and advertised features, though recent customer experiences suggest important considerations. On paper, its suitability for locals stems from its convenient position on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Being just a short drive from Biloxi's bustling casinos, beautiful beaches, and a variety of dining and entertainment options, it offers a practical base for exploring the region without extensive travel. For Mississippians who frequently visit the Gulf Coast for leisure or work, this accessibility is a definite advantage.
The presence of Martin Lake, with opportunities for fishing and paddle boating, provides a natural recreational outlet. For local families, a pool and playground are attractive features, offering on-site activities for children. The option of full hookup RV sites, along with cabins and tent camping, means it can cater to various types of travelers and stay durations, from a weekend getaway to an extended stay, especially with potential weekly and monthly rates.
However, local users should be fully aware of recent customer feedback which describes significant declines in maintenance, cleanliness, and overall safety at the resort, particularly since a change in ownership. Reviews highlight issues with facility upkeep (bathrooms, laundry, pool), swampy sites, and concerns about the general environment and safety, including reports of substance abuse and gunshots. For Mississippians considering this resort, it is absolutely critical to conduct thorough due diligence by calling directly, asking detailed questions about the current state of the facilities, and perhaps even visiting in person before committing to a stay. While its location and advertised amenities hold promise, the recent experiences of fellow Mississippians indicate that the actual experience may not align with typical expectations for a "resort." It is a place that requires careful consideration to ensure it meets individual comfort and safety standards.

Guys, this place is awful, we had a membership there for years and we moved to Arizona for five years and moved back, so we decided to take our family to a "Great" place to swim and enjoy, so during the time we were there I had to yell at the maintenance because he was weed eating too close to our area slinging grass in our food that we had to trash and grass hitting my very young toddler grand daughters. Then a hour after the security asked us for more money after being there for 4 hours. My family is disgusted with this place. Since New owners this place is trash. I do NOT recommend.
Jun 01, 2025 · Terry TaylorHow anyone is giving this place more than 1 star, I have no idea! It's a dump! The sites are concrete and level, but that's about the only thing it has going for it. The hookups are in the grass, which is swampy. They must have some kind of drainage problem because the grass area is puddled even days after it rains. The "bath house" is untouchable. There is a window missing from the women's, so you can see through. And it looks like you might want to be up to date on your shots before you step inside. The laundry looks like your clothes would come out dirtier than when you went in. But, the real kicker is the residents. We had someone wander through our site with their pajama pants halfway down, so there was a full moon during the day. And it wasn't a fashion statement. She looked very out of it, and had no idea what was going on. Substance abuse is most definitely happening on these grounds. The smell is strong, and it's not the just mild, recreational stuff. Most of the campers look like you couldn't take them on the road. They are in various states of disrepair with tarps and cement blocks everywhere. We were supposed to stay 6 nights, but after seeing all this and then hearing gunshots our first night, we hightailed it outta there after just 1. We have never felt unsafe at a campground until this one. Just don't go here. It's not worth it.

Mar 07, 2025 · Rachel EllerbruchWe visited for a week. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable this place was. We arrived very late and the staff not only directed us to our lot but helped us park. We have a bigger truck and it tends to take up alot of space. The staff was very courteous when they asked me to move my vehicle for whatever reason. This is going to be our spot for visiting the area. We just can't say enough good things about it.

Jun 10, 2024 · John SochorPro - Friendly helpful staff. Con- Appearance resembles the homeless encampments I see in major cities. Maybe two or three RVs in the place were road worthy, ours being one. Don’t recommend and will not be returning. See photos of our stay.

Jan 09, 2024 · X Marx the SpotVery quiet and friendly park♥︎ love the playground and the view of the lake from it. Love love love the pool and they let you swim until 9 which is awesome for cool night swims. Other places closed the pools at 6 or 7 which was a let down. We really enjoy being able to swim into the night. Very close to Biloxi beach and downtown OS which is awesome! Will come back soon
