The owner is a alright guy. But this place is truly in my opinion only for camping if your just staying to camp and go to the lake ect. It's a ok place. But if your a traveling worker I suggest somewhere else. It's basically on the edge of a field with water/sewer hook ups and electric for $450 a month! No washer/dryer, bathhouse or wifi/cable . Pretty expensive for the area with nothing extra to offer.
