HoA is over-reaching and controlling. Obsessed with their own importance. Some neighbors are judgemental, and hypocritical as well. Choosing to ignore the bylaws they don't like, but report others, acting on their own perceived superiority. If you can afford housing elsewhere, you should invest there, and avoid this place.
No working fire hydrants. But you can have a Fire pit. Hmmm interesting.
Went to check on available lots & building. Big signs say building has been suspended pending a lawsuit. Reasons unknown on lawsuit. Left without consultation due to sign. It's a beautiful and peaceful area. I would love to live in the area.
Nice quiet neighborhood. Great "country feel" location.
It's ok not a place i would like 2 live. Ok 2 visit.
