The owner of the park is a very nice and down to earth guy. He helped us out and worked with us while we were there. He is in the process of making the park more attractive and bringing in more homes. The town is small but quiet. A very family friendly environment.

My cousins live here and new management is cleaning up the park. They have added lights which make it easier to drive through at night. They also got rid of some of the older abandoned trailers that were an eyesore in Mechanicsville. Looking so much better than it used to.

This is mostly a mobile home park but also has a few RVs. Can use as a campground if you plan to stay long term, but management won’t let you stay short term. Quiet and safe. Brandon was especially great to work with!!!

The owner of this small yet quiet mobile home and RV park is absolutely wonderful. He worked with us and helped us out alot. The town is small and quiet. Very nice place to live with kids.
