Customer Reviews
Update 5/8/24 we once again have another major problem. Woke up this morning to two cars towed out of my driveway due to being on the grass. If you look at the street signage it says no overnight street parking but we also can’t park partially on the grass in our own driveway and As suv people our drive way is barely big enough for me and my gf not to mention if I have a guest. The community manager bre gave 0 notice and I had to pick up the bill of 630$. This place has so many issues I cannot count them all. Repairs don’t happen, communication doesn’t exist and they don’t care. Michell however In the front office has been fantastic she does an excellent job and frankly she should be the community manager. Please take your money elsewhere you would be better to legitimately light it on fire. I am a 25 year old veteran please trust me. Have been waiting on hot water to get fixed for over a month. Hoping they will actually respond eventually. Management company is easily the worst I’ve seen. Maybe home search elsewhere.
From the moment I stepped into the community, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the office staff. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and valued. Their efficiency in handling inquiries and requests is truly commendable. It's evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of everyone in the community. I highly recommend this place, not just for its beautiful homes, but for the exceptional service provided by the communities team.
From the first phone call to signing the lease, their friendliness and efficiency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, and their genuine care for residents shines through in every interaction. I'm grateful to be part of such a welcoming and well-managed community, thanks to the incredible team in the office!
I’ve lived at MidWest for about three years now… I love the location, community and staff. The front office is very quick and attentive to any needs of the community. The neighborhood is very calm and quit. The module homes are very clean, well- maintained and updated. Would be the perfect place for a starter home or if owning a big house isn’t your things Midwest is where it’s at!
The community manager Bre is quite awful, she does her "job" with no consideration of the residents who live in the area. It is quite inconsiderate to tow cars without any warning or notice especially since parking on the grass was not enforced despite it being on the lese which warrants some sort of warning however she doesn't care. The way the residents are treated is disrespectful and there is no sense of the community manger caring for anyone but herself and she does as little as possible to take care of the residents like a good community manager should. Michelle on the other hand is an amazing individual who shows care and consideration for all residents treating them with respect and dignity showing qualities which a community manager should posses and she should be rewarded for the work she does to help the residents.
