This weekend was our first experience at Timberline Campground and we will be returning in a few weeks and throughout the summer and also recommending to others. We did a tent site on our first night and upgraded to the deluxe cabin on our second night both experiences were great. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There were a lot of activities for our family to participate in and we met a lot of really nice fellow campers as well. The whole place was very clean and overall just a really relaxing environment. They also have a store which has all of things you could need/want while camping and the prices were really great. And they also have a turtle in the shop/office that is really fun to check out ❤️

We like Timberline a lot. Spacious, well-marked sites that are perfectly level. The main entrance was a bit hard to find in the dark, but otherwise great experience. The onsite store has some camping supplies, gifts, candy, ice cream. So if you forgot your wheel chocks, or 50amp to 30amp converter, or need your ice cream fix, they got ya covered. I only gave 4 stars for location, it's a bit away from our target of staying close and ride to the bike trails, but we knew that going in. Other than that little quibble, 100% all good!

What a delightful overnight stay at Timberline Campground! Our Airstream, 'Teeter,' felt right at home. The campground itself was so well-kept and had a really pleasant vibe. We truly enjoyed our peaceful evening and would absolutely recommend Timberline to anyone passing through or looking for a great camping experience. The crew there are always on top of everything!!!

Welcoming to all, secure, great local staff. Quiet hours are the best here, plus the Farm to Table restaurant up the way is top notch. If you really want the local, head south til you find the best breakfast in the county. ;-*

Mixed feelings - campground is overall good, location in comparison is awful. I’m writing this at 8am on a Saturday morning & it is loud!! The location to the gun range is awful!! Shooting going off right next to you nonstop, all day is not relaxing at all for our group (nothing against guns or shooting but our entire group was woken up to many guns being shot). The range was busy during the week until after 6pm when it’s supposed to be closed & is horrible on the weekend!!! Initial impression was not great when the $50 fee popped up after selecting our site if we actually wanted to keep that specific site. However, we did get great customer service when calling to be moved to a group rate (there were 4 RV’s coming together) and that fee was waived. Our specific spot was not level or very wide & there are no trees in the larger Rv side. They do show you to your spot & monitor the campgrounds well. It’s a pretty location right in town. There is a dog park & we’re campfire rings and nice chairs provided at 2 of our 4 spots which was great!
