A beautiful community, lovely (close knit) residents, that take pride in their homes and yards. I'm very lucky to be part of it all!
We lived in West Park for 12 years and enjoyed the friendly neighbors and sense of community. There are no HOA dues, there is lot rent which can vary depending on location. You own your home, the park management provides the garage and deck. We just recently sold our home and moved to a senior apartment. We used the park's management company, Brenton Communities, to list and sell our house. Lea was great to work with and helped us through a few minor bumps. In the end all worked out well and we were very happy with Lea's professionalism. Highly recommend. (I don't know where the "western red hills" photo was taken, but it obviously isn't West Park!)
Not much to share. I picked up some info and did a drive thru. It appears to be a very nice and well maintained location. Talked to a current resident who was very helpful.
Not accepting new units at this time. HOA very high.
